Wellington Street

The room is located in the upper apartment of a beautiful 3 story house, a minute away from a bus stop, and includes a single parking space. In-unit laundry and AC are included. Hydro is separate and is shared between us. High speed, unlimited internet available but not included in the price, it will as well be split between us. You will also be able to utilize some of the living room space, as it is the biggest part of the apartment and will be located right outside your room.

I am the only other person you will be sharing the space with. I do own two cats so you must be okay with them, and most likely there is no room for another animal, but that can be discussed. I’m pretty clean and I like to maintain the space I live in. I won’t care whats going on in your room, as my own room is a mess, but the rest of the house has to be kept up with and cleaned. I am on disability and have a lot of health problems, so I often need quiet and calmness to get through it.
