Hi there,

I have a room for rent in my house near St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener. It is a small bedroom (8’ x 10’) that is partially furnished with a Twin XL bed and single-seat sofa. The sofa can be removed if you would like more space for a desk, dresser, etc.

You will have access to the living room, kitchen (and all the cookware), bathroom and laundry room. You will also have access to the backyard.

$575 includes all utilities, internet and one parking spot.

I’m in my early 30s and a working professional in downtown Kitchener. My outdoor cat pops in and out throughout the summer and in the winter hunkers down.

I’m quite active and often out for long bike rides. I also enjoy cooking and making art. I’m rather quiet, yet sociable and feel like this space will best shared with someone like-minded. Living with someone tidy and environmentally-conscious is also important to me.
