Room is available for rent starting June or July 1st till October 31st (end date is negotiable for shorter term or have potential to take over the lease if looking for long term).

Suite is attached to the side of the main house. 2 level suite with tons of sunlight. Both bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath and laundry. Kitchen, living room and half bath located downstairs. Shared space with a quiet, young professional female who isn’t home much. Main house neighbors are super lovely young couple.

Rent is $800/month with everything included (all utilities, laundry, internet and basic cable). Unit comes with a dishwasher as well. Bedroom will not be furnished but the rest of the house is. No smoking and no pets permitted. There is 1 driveway space as well as tons of street parking.

Quiet neighborhood with lots of trails and walking areas. Only takes 5 minutes to get to the highway and grocery stores.

She is a super sweet and quiet young professional (physiotherapist). Mid twenties. Tends to keep to herself or stay over at her boyfriends so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time.
