This property is brand new! The location is just off 17th Ave SW, five minute drive from downtown, and a 3-min walk to C- train. You will have a private bedroom (unfurnished), with an ensuite 4-pc bathroom. The bedroom is in the basement, and is attached to a living area with a wet bar that you will have access to.

I live with my boyfriend, and my fluffy old cat! We are very easy-going and social people. I work a 9-5 job, and my boyfriend is in and out as he is a musician! We are looking for someone who is respectful and clean, and also easy-going.
