Hello All, One of our rooms is available We accept couples Please include a short description of yourself and if you are applying as a couple/friends. We are looking for a kind, Friendly and respectful roommates

The room has a large dresser, a TV (no cable, HDMI only) A wardrobe, desk + chair mirror queen bed

We have simple rules such as

• no shoes indoors
• no smoking indoors (no weed in & out at all)
• quiet hours 11 pm - 9am
• Clean after yourself
• Pets, no dogs, You would need to get your own bed set, detergent, and toilet paper We take weekly turns to clean commonly used areas. About the neighborhood: 11min with streetcar to queen station. There is NoFrills and Freshco nearby to do groceries. Shoppers drug mart. George brown college There are 3 Bike Share locations nearby First and last month’s rent is required I will schedule viewings with the responders on a first come first serve basis.

I and my wife live on the 3rd floor we have our own bathroom. The room is on the 2nd floor of the house, there is a bathroom and you would share it with a couple that also lives on the 2nd floor.
