The apartment is home to me and my cat, Diane. Large shared backyard with rest of the house. Shared laundry room.

All utilities included in rent, ($900 rent + $50/month for internet)

Quiet family neighborhood. King Edward station is a 10 minute walk away. 1 block away from a Choices market and a Starbucks, many local restaurants and shops. 3 large parks are within a couple blocks. Tennis court down the street. Just a 20-minute transit commute or bike ride into downtown.

Im an introvert, and work as a web designer fulltime. I have a shy black cat name Diane. ‘moderately’ clean, more of a laid-back attitude. I dont mind a bit of clutter or if there dishes in the sink for a couple days, but i like things to be presentable. I sometimes like to kick back with a couple drinks and Netflix in the living room. Not a fan of routine schedules. I’m pretty quiet and sensitive to sounds so I would like to live with someone who is also quiet. I don’t like having a bunch of rules, just mutual respect for each other personal space.
