House in Blackfalds with 2 available bedrooms on the main floor for use. Bedrooms are not furnished although have an extra bed as well as mattress from the former roommate if one is need. Upstairs bathroom is attached to master bedroom, and shared with house.

Living room and kitchen are furnished. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Internet but no cable at house. Two parking spots in back of the house which can be used by roommates, or one spot in front of house I normally park in. Work truck I will also park on street to give roommates somewhere to park.

Looking for two roommates. Recently started to move my things into the basement, and master bedroom and spare bedroom upstairs are available. Looking for two quiet and respectful roommates. Roommates will have full run of the house, although rooms are private of course.

Single 33 year old male. I work long hours, so often only home during the weekends and evenings. Have two pets, a mini dachshund and barn cat. Cat is an indoor cat, so keeping front and back doors closed is important. Not one for parties but don’t mind if you have friends over so long as everyone is respectful to all roommates and neighbours.

Each roommate will have their own cupboard in the kitchen, but open to other agreements for meals and food.
