About the room
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a solarium and a den. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, cutlery, small and large appliances. It also has an in suite washer and dryer. Your room will be furnished with a single bed, bookcase and a closet. You’d have a nice view from your room of DT Vancouver with the mountains in the back. The building has a gym, steam room, and sauna available free for you to use. (currently closed due to the pandemic) It is located in a very good area of the city and there are restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops and a grocery store all right a short walk away. The rent for the solarium bedroom is $900/month and that includes your furniture, internet, cable and hot water. The only extra bill is the electricity and that is shared amongst the roommates. A $100 deposit is required for that bill.
About the roomies
You’d share the apartment with three other people. All young, super chill and respectful. Big film enthusiasts, VFS alumni and super friendly.
