The apartment is in a secure building and has huge windows. Close to Victoria Park, tons of bussing options, parking available for a fee. Internet is also additional, but all other utilities are included. Laundry in building. Looking for someone positive, caring, and considerate. Having a quiet, clean, and mutually respectful place is non-negotiable (so hope you’re looking for the same!) I have a lot of houseplants (feel free to add to the collection!) and a pet snake (she’s sweet and chills in her tank), so prefer no cats or dogs. Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
