Cathcart Street

This lower level room comes with a large closet area. The room is approximately 110 square feet and has plenty of room for a bed and a desk. Just across the hall from the room is a private washroom. The room also has easy access to laundry as its on the same level. The house is 4 stories including a basement with a large living area and an eat in kitchen on the second floor. They house also is complete with air conditioning and a gas furnace. There is a garage for additional storage and on site laundry. This area is right by the Rideau river complete with baseball and tennis courts at a park nearby. Grocery stores, Byward LRT station, and the Rideau Mall are within a 15 minute walk and there is many restaurants and clubs in the neighbouring area.

Our house currently has three male students living in it, Chris, Lucas, and Wade. We all study at the University of Ottawa. Chris is currently studying criminology. His hobbies include hockey, skiing, and taking his dog on walks. Lucas is currently studying finance. His hobbies are Basketball and football. Wade is currently studying finance. His hobbies are powerlifting and basketball. We are all clean and respectful roommates who enjoy video games and watching sports. During our weeks we are all busy students and on weekends we like to go out and have fun.
