Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join us at our lovely Plateau apartment! We are advertising 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom, second floor apartment (with a large balcony over-looking a nice backyard!). It is completely furnished, with furniture, internet, gas, and hydro/electricity all included! All appliances are included, including: dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, etc. This bedroom has a closet, desk, chair, and bed. It also has a nice window facing the front of the apartment. The apartment has also just finished renovations and is very clean and new. In addition to the lovely apartment, the location is just 5 minutes away from Mont-Royal metro station, two minutes from Av. Du Mont-Royal, and three minutes from St. Laurent!

My name is Imogen, and I am a 21 year old graduate student at McGill University. I really like running, yoga, and board games/card games. Tiffany is my friend and other roommate, and she is a 30 year old PhD student also at McGill University. She enjoys cozying up to a good movie and nice walks/runs outside. We both like cats and might be fostering one!
