High ceilings and a lot of space. A range between seven to ten people could fit. Ten would be a little snug but still comfortable. • Heating flooring throughout the apartment. Heated flooring is present inside of the room along with a temperature control device. • Air conditioning present throughout the whole apartment including the room. • There are 2 bathrooms which are both incredibly spacious. The bathroom closest to this room is right across and contains a shower head and a bathtub. • Room has a large window and direct access to the outside balcony. Balcony is large with a gorgeous view of the trees and sunlight. • Balcony is large and has enough space to fit many people. It also has two chairs, a table, and a barbecue grill. • Room has direct access to the in-house elevator which is very useful for transporting luggage and items. Location: Atwater and Rene-Levesque, downtown and closer to Concordia campus. Hello! Currently there are 4 roommates. 3 Males and 1 Female. We are looking for somebody of any gender to replace 1 male who must re-locate for school purposes. Here is all the information about the roommates and other necessary details you may need to know. As roommates the only thing we ask of this new potential co-tenant is that they are respectful tolerant, and kind. We also ask that this person work to keep the common areas of the kitchens, bathrooms, and workout and storage room clean and organized. Roommates all go to Concordia and are involved in the locals art scene of film-making, and literature. There is a chore system already set up that has worked well in our experience. A rotating system where one person has the simple task of handling one chore per week. This works well for busy schedules and helps maintain order across the apartment. Bills are handled separately from rent. Internet is already set up and is $17 per month. Heating, hydro, and gas change in price but are generally no more than $50 and frequently less than this price. This all depends on usage and the current season. Roommates are quite considerate and conservative in financial matters so there should be no difficulties that arise in this department.
