Wurtele Place

Hey there! Looking to fill the vacancy my two roomies are leaving behind as they strike out to make a life of their own. We’re right up against the E+N trail, about a half hour walk to downtown (to the Drake specifically it is exactly 29 minutes, truuuuust me on this one), five minutes of walking to a Country Grocer, a hop and a skip to the 24/26 bus to UVIC, and almost next door to Ile Sauvage (I’m lookin’ at you beer-nerds). The suite is a lower level “basement” (not really) so it stays cool in the summer, has in suite laundry, a huge kitchen and shared space, and silly amounts of storage for Victoria. We sadly don’t have a huge yard, as the majority of it went to the upstairs neighbour, but in exchange we got the driveway so you can take the off street parking. I’m providing internet, the landlords are providing the rest. Pets are chill pending landlord approval; I love dogs and cats. Lots of the art and knick-nacks are sadly going with the old roomies, as well as everything in their room, so bring a bed and your stuff. As far as couches go I have that covered, but I’m not married to anything if you have some dope pieces you want to bring in. For the current pandemic I’m not bringing any friends inside and I’m keeping my social circle tight, I ask that you do the same for the time being. As far as term limits go, it’s open ended right now - I’m hoping to stick around at least another year and all I ask is that you try and give me two months notice if you’re looking to move on to another place.

I’m the best roomie you’ve ever had. I’m clean, generally pretty damned happy, social if you want to be, private if you don’t. I don’t smoke (save an occasional outdoor cigar) and gave up on weed when I ate an entire jar of peanut butter once (but go buckwild with the devil’s lettuce if you’re into it just not inside) and I mostly have my shit together. In the before times I was an Actor just coming off my first large role in a Hallmark movie, so think of the clout that comes with being my roomie, like damn (I also work at a vineyard upisland to keep the dream financed). I will often try and push a glass of wine on you if I’ve cracked a bottle, and I’m a big fan of open honest communication. I laugh loudly that’s about my only real flaw. For the current pandemic I’m homestuck, but once we’re through this and I can get back to my jobs and the gym you’ll probably only see me two hours a day on the weekdays. Come swing by sometime in the next couple weeks for a socially-distanced meet and greet; hopefully my soon-to-be-former roomies will be around and they can serve as character references.
