THE HOUSE IS REALLY PRETRY AND I AM SAD NOT TO LIVE THERE ANYMORE IT HAS A SUNROOM The house is right down the street from King’s University College and super close to Western Main gates too!!. Four other girls live there (a total of 5 people in the house if you move in). $563/month + utilities. AVAILABLE NOW.

• I paid a total of $900 in utilities from May 2019 until May 2020; that is a ONE TIME PAYMENT. I paid half ($450) in May 2019 and the other half ($450) in September 2019 and it covered me all the year. The utilities include Wifi, gas (heat), hydro, water.

4 amazing girl students live at the house with Gigi, our cat. They are all students at King’s and Western. Very chill, focused in sports and school.
