About the room
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, large mirrored closet and gets lots of light. Pictures are for illustration only, the room will be available unfurnished. The apartment itself is furnished with modern appliances, a huge fridge, dishwasher etc.
The building is brand new, with gym and pool facilities opening as soon as it’s safe to do so. The location is 10 mins walk from Eglinton station, steps from a Loblaws and LCBO in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
About the roomies
I’m a 33 year old male from the UK, working in the healthcare field (research). I’m very friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of space, noise levels, and sleep schedules etc. Looking for someone similarly responsible and ideally around my age but am flexible. I’ve also lived happily with both men and women.
