Large master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in closet for rent. 3bdrm townhouse located in Barrhaven area (near Strandherd/Woodroofe, Nepean Woods transit station). Room has lots of natural light, comes unfurnished but rest of the house is furnished. This townhouse is loaded - back yard with BBQ, gas fireplace for winter, AC for summer, finished basement, garage, laundry on site. Stores and transit within short walking distance. Parking avail (street/driveway/garage) shared with two other cars.

Rent is $750, utilities are extra (usually not more than $50 when everything is split three ways).

We are two LGBTQ folx, looking for same or at least gay/trans-friendly allies. One roommate works a retail/warehouse job, the other works at a bakery. We are quiet, chill, and clean, seeking a roommate with a similar vibe. There is one pet (a cat) in the house as well. No smoking in the house but smoking outside / in the garage is ok. 420 friendly (again, outside/in garage).
