Hey! We are looking for a fun and respectful addition to our lovely home to move in and join myself and my fiancé January 1st. If you think that this is you, please read on!

About Your Room

Room 1 (see floor plan): This room is a very spacious room at 9’1 x 10’0 which boasts a Juliet balcony, which brings in a lot of natural light. Featuring a double closet for your belongings. This room IS unfurnished so you will need to furnish it yourself, but, it can comfortably hold a queen size bed. This room is $1400.

Room 2 (see floor plan): This room is slightly bigger than Room 1 at the dimensions of 9’9 x 11’8 which boasts 2 amazing views of both the north and east which of course brings in a ton of natural light. Featuring a double closet for your belongings. This room IS unfurnished so you will need to furnish it yourself, but, it can comfortably hold a King size bed. This room is $1450.

NOTE: We are only looking for ONE roommate, so our new roommate has the choice of either room upon moving in, and also has the luxury of their own private bathroom.

About our home. We live in a very beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom, New Condo (Just over a year old) in downtown Toronto that boasts incredible amenities (listed below). The common area is fully furnished so you only need to bring your things for your bedroom and that’s it! Full sized appliances including Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and even full sized Washer and Dryer! We also currently have super fast internet (1GB Download Speed) which comes with a great TV package which is included in your rent.
