The bedroom is on the top floor and has a built in wardrobe. Room does not come furnished. The other 2 rooms are en suite so you will have a bathroom to yourself and for guests which is located next to the room. Common spaces include kitchen with balcony (bbq), living room, garage (parking for 1 available if required) and the house has a lot of storage space. Washer/dryer included.

The Stockyards district just across the road has a large grocery store, retail shops such as Winners, Michaels, Dollarama, etc. and a wide variety of restaurants and take-aways such as pho, five guys, second cup, etc. The Junction area is just a 15 minute walk away. Located on a busy bus route, express buses and streetcars are available from St. Clair. Keele subway station is around 10mins by bus.

Bills not included (hydro, internet and heating/ac), approx. $60-80 per month. Deposit: First half month and last month’s rent ($1,200). Rent $800 due first of every month from July 1st.
