Sonika's room

I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) who can move in starting July 01, 2020. This is a three bedroom fully furnished condo in mid-town (closest intersection being North York Centre and Yonge Street- 5mins walk from North York Centre subway station). Room has a Queen Mattress, portable wardrobe and a side table. It can be personalized to suit your needs if requested. Living room, kitchen & balcony are shared spaces. Washroom will be shared with my other roommate only. Extra storage and parking is available. Utilities are included in the rent. Gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the building are accessible. All amenities are located within a proximity of a kilometer of this condo. Metro is across the street. Loblaws is just a 5mins walk. Condo is located on Yonge Street which makes it pretty convenient to access all restaurants nearby. North York Centre and Public Library are within a Km’s vicinity. First and last month’s deposit is required. If interested, available to provide a virtual tour of the place due to current Covid situation. Only females are preferred!!!
