Looking for non-smoking female roommate. The room is bright and is located on the top floor of a 3 bedroom Richmond townhouse. There is a shared washroom between 2 rooms. Second room is currently occupied by a quiet young female. Living room, kitchen, and powder room are on the floor below and have an open living concept. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are provided.

The bedroom has a twin bed. A desk is available if needed if not it has room for a dresser chest if you have one.

The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a five minute walking distance to Central at Garden City, which opened October 2016. There is a TD and Royal Bank in the plaza, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls and various restaurants. Bus stop and Lansdowne Canadaline station are also close by and street parking is available.

I am a single female who occupies the master bedroom. I am a quiet, tidy responsible person. I am easy to get along with and I can keep to myself or be social. I work weekdays (currently from home due to covid) and can be in and out on the weekends. The other tenant is a quiet girl who mainly stays in her room.
