Lease Terms: Current tenant seeking a roommate. We will sign a roommate agreement and rent will be paid to me, to pay to the landlord. The agreement will be for 6 months starting July 1, 2020, with opportunity to extend long term. Must provide 60 Day notice to me in order to terminate.

About the building: The amenities include ensuite laundry, a games room, theatre room, gym, party room, library, small private study rooms, BBQ terrace. There’s security on the weekend evenings and 24hr emergency on-call service. Situated just a short 4 min walk to either the Yonge or University line and on the Dundas streetcar and 6 Bus.

About me: I am in my mid-twenties, just finishing off my undergrad in media production. I work freelance in Media and TV. I love movies and TV, going out with friends. I am a social butterfly as well as I enjoy my quiet time. I enjoy making art in my spare time. I’m easy going and value my home as a safe place. About Brian: I come with a plus one, Brian. Brian is a four yr old NZ Rabbit. He’s big and sweet and loves just chilling out in the same space as people. He enjoys cuddles on his own terms. He is very friendly to humans and animals. Cats aren’t welcome unfortunately, I’m allergic. He lives in my room but when I’m home he’s allowed to roam freely in the common spaces.
