Second bedroom in a two-bedroom condo available for the summer months (June to August). It comes furnished and the room includes a hide-a-bed. The rate includes all utilities, internet (don’t have cable) as well as a single secured parking stall below the building. The unit has two bathroom; however, the shower is shared.

I have recently moved in and have been slowly working on improving the unit. The room will be move in ready (desk will be moved out plus a few minor improvements also). I have a friend moving in for September; therefore, the unit is only available until the end of August.

Great location close to everywhere right behind Christie’s Pub. Steps from one quick bus to UVic, Camosun, and Downtown.

Ideal move in is likely June 15, just to give me some time to get everything together but can make the room available for June 1.

I am a male in my mid twenties looking for someone of similar age etc. I’ll be the only other one in the unit. I’m active and sociable, but also enjoy my own time and space and am considerate of others. I’m relatively clean and really easy going and will be out of the house for most days as I work full time.
