About the room
My brother (M, 28) and I (M, 26) have a large room available in our 1,325 square foot Penthouse Suite in the heart of Metrotown, Burnaby. The apartment is very spacious, has two balconies with views of the mountains and Deer & Burnaby Lake. All appliances are less than a year old and include in-suite laundry, and dishwasher. This room does have a shared washroom with only one other.
Less than 5 Minute Walk: Metrotown mall, Super Store, Walmart, Skytrain Station, Bus Loop + more
Less than 20 Minutes: BCIT and Deer Lake Park, and Downtown Vancouver
About the roomies
I am 26 and work full-time as a Senior Account Manager for a professional recruitment agency. I enjoy sports, music and being outdoors.
My brother is 28 as he works as on air-radio host for a local Vancouver station. He loves music and reality shows.
