In our recent rebuilt Family home, we have a furnished a small bachelor bedroom (240 s.f.) with a ensuite- private bathroom (radiant heat inside the floor) on the second floor with a big window. Included: king mattress, Internet/WiFi, small fridge, microwave, small pantry (small place to eat), desk, bookshelf, closet, hydro, gas, water (all utilities are included), street parking available, no overnight guests. No parties/drinking/drugs/smoking and no pets.

A really great and quiet area. You won’t regret it.

Close by to Bus Stop, short drive to Trinity Western University or Kwantlen College and only a few minutes to freeway. A quick bus ride or walk to all kinds of Shopping, Theatre, Restaurants, Rec center, pool, fitness center, library.
