Hi there! I’m a 23 year old female UVic student looking for a roommate starting July 1st! (Or August 1st!) Must be alright with animals as I have a cat (he’s very friendly!) Rent is 800, utilities included but not wifi. Washer and drier in unit, parking outside! Close to 15, 25 and 26 bus routes, approx. 10 minutes to downtown and about 25 to UVic, walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, rec rec centre and beach! I work at a stable and love the outdoors! I spend my time reading and baking, or binge watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended edition, of course!)
