Timothy's room

This is a nice two-bedroom, two full bath, two-level penthouse apartment right at the Don Valley Parkway and Lawrence Avenue East in North York originally built by Cadillac-Fairview. It is big at 1500 square feet or 140 square meters. The unit is the size of a small townhouse and very private. The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers plus a desk and a chair. You will have your own balcony plus there is a large shared patio at the front of the apartment which looks south towards downtown Toronto. It is reasonably close by bus to the main campuses of Seneca and Centennial Colleges. There will be two people living here in total.

The main windows and patio face south. Very bright and warm here as the living room window is two stories tall. Lots of shopping nearby either by car, TTC or on foot. I own a car and can help you with your grocery shopping and other errands if you do not own a vehicle.

A very safe and fairly quiet upper-middle-class neighborhood. The building is next to the park system of the Don Valley with several walking trails along the Don River. There are two bus routes with stops a quick five minute walk from the apartment building. One route goes to the Yonge University subway line and the other to the Bloor Danforth subway line. Thirty minutes from the building to downtown on the Don Valley parkway by car. Good access to the Don Valley Parkway and highways 401, 404 and 407 from this location. Unlimited fast (Rogers Ignite Internet Gigabit ULTD) is included as well as hydro. There is an outdoor pool and two gyms within walking distance.

I am gentleman, working in the architecture industry. You might occasionally see me in the kitchen and maybe the living room from time to time as I spend most of my time upstairs in my office. I have a young female Chihuahua who will bark at first but she quickly becomes attached. I have lived in this building for seven years.
