It is a three story detached newly built house with three large spacious bedrooms with closets. The house has two full washrooms (one is ensuite) and a powder room with a two piece washroom. Plenty of living area for business or leisure as a traveler. Bright living room lots of natural light, pot lights, hardwood floors. Separate dining room, with big windows overlooking a nice balcony, good size eat-in kitchen, with brand new. Appliances, and granite countertops, nice breakfast area leading to a balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or to relax after a busy day. The new upgraded modern house is across Appleby GO Station off QEW highway. The house is conveniently located not far from Burlington downtown, 45 minute commute to Toronto, Niagara Falls and 20 minute to Hamilton, Oakville. Easy access to major highway. Appleby go station within a 2 minute walking distance. The train will give a ride to Toronto, Oakville and Hamilton. There is also a bus service that takes you around Burlington area. Direct bus can take you to and from McMaster. Grocery store, Starbucks and shopping plaza are within the walking distance. Plenty of parking available. Bike trails and ravine are behind the subdivision. Family friendly neighbourhood close to shops, restaurant and the lake. Washer and dryer machines (laundry) is in the house. Available June 1, 2018. About the roomies
I started renting the house just recently. Currently, there are no room mates. However, I plan to create friendly, cozy, and welcome environment for all.
