1 bedroom apartment, the living room space has been made into another room which is where I’ll stay. Shared Kitchen and Bathroom. Beautiful balcony. The bedroom has big windows and lots of space. The apt. has laundry in the basement. The location is great, in between St Clair and Davisville subway stations. Loblaws, small grocers, RBC, TD, CIBC, wine rack all walking distances.

I’ve been living in this apartment since i moved to toronto in 2017. I have been an on-again-off-again student, worked as a server/bartender prior to COVID. I’m clean and like to be organized, but I wouldn’t say i’m a neat freak :) I love to listen to music always, I like to cook and workout, I like being around people but also definitely need my alone time. I’m pretty easy going and simple to live with.
