This is a 2-bedroom apartment in the River Heights area between Grant Park Shopping Centre and Walmart.
One bedroom is not furnished and it’s yours! Parking spot is in 10 meters from the entrance and is included in the price. There is a laundry in the building.
The price includes all utilities, exception - electricity. For now the apartment is not connected to Internet, but there is a promotion for $60 for 2 years from Shaw. I can share my netflix :)

About the roomies
You would be sharing the apartment with a non-smoking or drinking working individual. I’m a truck driver, so potentially you will live alone in this apartment, with the exception of a few days in a month.
