Looking for a clean tidy working professional or a student to share my space with it’s a little too big for me.

The place is pretty sweet it’s a duplex big backyard parking on site laundry on site all inclusive with Wi-Fi big windows very bright space the place was gutted and redone a couple months ago so it’s basically brand new everything it’s near a whole bunch of trails it’s two blocks away from the bus stop if you take the bus The Lancaster plaza is right behind us so if you want Shawarma pizza Subway Tim Hortons is literally right there. Right near the Bridgeport Plaza as well so the Walmarts there and everything else it’s really handy. I drive myself so if you need help getting groceries or whatever we could go together that’s no problem.

The streets pretty quiet it’s really nice we can have bonfires in the back and there’s a barbecue. And big open space in the back yard with nice trees and a place to garden if that’s your thing.

I have a friendly female dog so hopefully nobody with any cats or dogs.

I love this place there’s a really nice balcony that’s right off the bathroom which is kind of different.

I just put an AC unit in Which keeps it really nice and cool and in the winter it’s pretty toasty.

The bedroom does not include furniture
