AVAILABLE AUGUST 1 / SEPTEMBER 1 The apartment is 1200sqft so it’s very spacious, open concept. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, and dishwasher) we also have a washer and dryer in the storage room. The smaller room is my roommates and she has an en-suite bathroom, so you’ll have the bigger room with your own bathroom as well and plenty of closet storage. We don’t have cable but my roommate has Crave, Netflix, and Disney+ so plenty of things to watch! Internet is about 52$ a month and the Hyrdo costs is very low in the summer 20-30$ range and during the winter it’s around the 120$ range depending on how hot you like it in the apartment! There’s no air conditioning but since it’s a basement apartment it keeps fairly cool which is great during those super hot Montreal days. If you have a car there’s lots of street parking we never had a problem, if you don’t theres the Villa-Maria and Snowdon metro which is a 15 min walk away. The apartment is also pet friendly so if you have a cat or dog there’s no problem (lots of dog parks nearby) but keep in mind that my roommate has a cat already! For shops and restaurants theres Sherbrooke street about a 20 min walk away, there’s also a park close by with tennis courts, a community pool and soccer field.

I’m looking for someone to take my place in the apartment as i’m moving out. My roommate is super sweet, fun and outgoing! She loves to cook and keeps the apartment clean, she currently works from home for A financial institution so she does take calls during the day. She’s looking for someone who is preferably female and in the age range of 20-30.
