Tom's room

House share available in 3-bedroom house on 5 acre property in rural Aldergrove area. I’m leaving the peaceful idyllic countryside life to move towards the city, so my roomie is looking for someone else to share the house!
The room available is the huge master bedroom with private balcony! The house has a large kitchen dining/area with lots of storage, gas stove (!) and oven, double door fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a large living room leading onto a sunroom and huge outside deck area. There are 1.5 bathrooms in the house. We have the upper 2 levels of a 3 level house; the landlords have a basement suite that their daughter lives in full-time.

The house is located on 5 acres, about half of which is fenced paddock. The rest is yard space and forest. There is a fire ring with benches, shed and animal feed storage area, a greenhouse and some established south-facing gardening beds. We also have a chicken coop but sadly no chickens currently. This will hopefully change soon!

You’d be sharing the house with Tom, a British guy, 30 y/o. He works as a veterinarian and spends his free time exploring BC - trail running, hiking and camping - as well as making furniture from pallets! He also has a LOVELY Aussie Shepherd/Blue Heeler who is always keen for cuddles!
