Bright one bedroom available for Jan 1st to end of February (lease ends ) in a 3 bedroom house close to downtown (Craigdarroch Castle/Moss Street Art Gallery area). Walk to downtown in 15 mins, and a block away from Fort Street for buses going up to UVic and Camosun, including the UVic Express bus. There is street parking in front. The kitchen is an eat-in and has a kitchen table and chairs. but there is also a separate dining room and living room area. Full size washer, dryer and tenant-only fridge - I have my own - so if you like to cook in batches, you have half a fridge you can utilize. Includes utilities and wifi.

The whole house is currently shared between two females (54 and 46). LGBTQ friendly. Must be double vaccinated.
