The room is the Master Bedroom with attached private bathroom and private patio. The unit has a separate kitchen and living area. Located In the heart of the Annexe in a beautiful safe neighbourhood which is very residential and quiet. Walking distance from St. George and Dupont stations. Common areas are fully furnished. I am a tenant here and looking for a roommate to move in as my current roommate is moving out. The room is unfurnished but the current occupant is willing to sell a lot of the furniture at a heavy discount. Laundry is available in basement.

I’m a recent MBA graduate from University of Toronto Rotman School of Management. I grew up in India but now call Toronto home after living here for 3 years.
