Hi there, I am an undergrad student at U of Manitoba, looking for a mature, responsible and non-smoking male roommate to share a spacious bachelor apartment in downtown Winnipeg. The apartment is fresh and vibrant and very close to all necessary amenities and bus stops. The apartment is : 1/ 1 min walk to U of M bus stop, 35 min ride. 2/ 3 min walk to U of Winnipeg. 3/ 5 min bus to Safeway. 4/ 5 min walk to Portage Place. 5/ Close to grocery stores that are right below the building.
