It is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Corner Unit located downtown in the heart of Winnipeg’s Entertainment & Business District, steps away from Bell MTS Centre. The condo is fully furnished, with plenty of natural light, LOTs of plants and a private balcony facing Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District. There is AC, in-suite laundry, and a garbage/recycling chute. You can rent the room fully furnished if you like (or not), and you would have your own bathroom.

The building is walking distance to public transportation as well as plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, stores, venues, and outdoor public spaces such as the Forks. There is a concierge, boutique style lobby, and fob security system. Parking is available, but not included. Other amenities included are:
