Room for rent (lower level) in a 4 bedroom home (1 on the lower level and 3 upper level) to be shared with owner. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities included. Full use of the house (kitchen, living room, basement, laundry, huge yard and hottub).

I am a friendly and social professional. I bought a new home and am looking to rent a room. I have always lived with roommates and would like to keep that going in my home. I am too social to live alone lol. It is a four bedroom house with one room as an office. The room for rent is on a different level from my room and the office with a two piece bathroom just across the hall.
