1100 sq.ft home in the guildford area, near King george skytrain, and surrey central. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood. Has shared laundry, dishwasher, patio, and garage for storage. Utilities vary slightly month to month, as they’re cheaper in the summer months.

I’m a relaxed individual who doesn’t mind chatting and getting know someone, as well as giving them their space when they need it. I’m a musician so if i’m not at work, then i’m usually out at my practice space. I love going to live shows, watching movies, and drink occasionally. Love coffee, and a good craft beer!
