This is a new 3-bedroom townhouse near downtown. It has central heating/air conditioning and a balcony. It is located near allandale train station. Just a walking distance to a bus stop, park, lake, shops, and restaurants.

For rent: furnished master’s bedroom that comes with a queen size bed with own bathroom and walk-in closet. Occupant can have one parking space.

We are professionals mostly working in the day. We are not much into partying or drugs. Also, we like to keep the common living spaces pretty clean.
