So we would like to rent a 3 story, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhouse in Pointe-Claire. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED with Wifi as well. It’s 5-10 minutes away from Fairview, a 3 minute walk from a pharmacy and convenience store. Great area and an amazing deal. Once we sign the lease, we pay first months rent for august plus a 65$ Key deposit.

It will be me and a friend, we need one other roommate. We’re all girls. Super respectful, kind and understanding. We care about the peace and harmony in the apartment so we’ll listen to any suggestions and ideas you have. We just want to have a positive vibe and great living experience.
