The apartment is located at Forest Hill which is one of the prestigious and quiet neighborhood in Toronto. It just takes 5 min by walking to Eglinton Avenue where you can find Shoppers Drug Mart, Metro, restaurants, shops and Starbucks or Tim Horton’s. The apartment is fairly large, the kitchen is literally huge and there is enough storage closets for 5 people :) and also the balcony is so nice to spend time on during spring and summer. You will have access to use every appliances in the kitchen such as microwave, coffee machine, instant pot and also dishwasher etc. so you are always welcome to cook. I really believe that you will have beautiful times and memories in this large and bright apartment. (No couples and families please. Hydro and heat are included.)

I have been living in Toronto for 3 years in the same neighborhood (because I love here) and working as an engineer. I am pretty respectful and introverted person who enjoys clean and quiet living environment. I must say that I love cleaning and I do cleaning pretty much everyday but I don’t expect the same from you :) but what I expect from you is being respectful of space, noise levels, and sleep schedules etc.
