Lina's room

This appartment is the second floor of a duplex, it’s really more like a little house. It’s located near metro Université-de-Montréal (5 min walk) and métro Côte-des-neiges (5 min walk), a 15 min bus ride to both Concordia campuses, and near many of the main bus lines in Montreal. It’s very spacious and luminous. It could technically house 3 roommates comfortably but only looking for one more person for now. It has a retro feel, because of the appearance of the kitchen, however the floor were recently renovated and everything is fully functionnal. The room you will live in has a balcony, queen bed and a very decent amount of sun light that comes in everyday.
