We are looking for some new housemates to join our small community of young professionals and university students!

The Atangard Community Project Society is a non-profit organization which provides affordable accommodations for students and young professionals, all who must be between the ages of 19-35. There are 19 unfurnished rooms with private bathrooms, some large enough for double occupancy. Also, provided are a common kitchen area, large dining room, lounge, and laundry facilities. Rooms range from $450 to $650 (depending on the size) with utilities included.

Our vision is to promote a fun loving lifestyle, which places a high value on community and relationships, and environmental and social responsibility, while also supporting the personal endeavors of residents. As a group, we love to have fun and enjoy one one another’s company, whether it be through watching movies, playing games, or during our events and parties!

In order to live at Atangard you must go through an application process. This application process is intended to allow the operators of Atangard Community Project to get an understanding of who you are and to ensure this living arrangement will be suited for all parties.
