Close drive to downtown of about 15 minutes and is a 5 minute walk from a local pub and small shopping complex with Thrifty’s, London Drugs and other useful shops. Closest bus stop is 10 minute walk or less depending on pace.

One bedroom currently rented by myself and my cat Raphael. Upstairs is the landlord and his girlfriend plus their dog.
