Looking for a student/young professional in their 20’s to share a bright two bedroom, one bathroom apartment in downtown Calgary, right off of the 17th Ave SW! Short, walkable distance to grocery stores, parks, and countless bars and restaurants. ~15-20min walk to the C-Train, 15min Drive to the University of Calgary, 11min drive to Mount Royal, 12min drive to SAIT. The apartment is on the 7th floor, north facing with a huge balcony and beautiful views of downtown. The apartment is fully furnished and includes all kitchen appliances; the vacant bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished! Building amenities include a gym, coin/card laundry, parking, and 24/7 security. Must be non-smoking.
Looking for a long-term roommate as my lease continues until July 1st, 2021 with the option of resigning next summer. Rent cost will be split evenly which totals ~$725 each per month. The breakdown of cost includes: Rent of $1324 which includes heat, water, and internet. Extra shared monthly costs include ~$50 electricity, and $40 each for parking (parking is optional).

About myself: I am a 23 year old female student finishing up my Master’s degree at the University of Calgary. I’m originally from Manitoba and have lived in Calgary for just under 2 years. I love hiking, exercising, netflix, procrastinating my thesis, and taking advantage of all of the festivals and events in Calgary. I am often at my partner’s house on weekends, and am quiet and clean when I am home! Looking for someone likeminded.
