We are two ladies in our twenty’s looking for 1 female roomate in a 3-bedroom apartment available July 31st/August 1st. The living room, washroom, kitchen and store room are shared.

Details: 15-minute way to the university by bus. Convenient 5-7 minute walk to the No-frills, Dollarama, Shoppers and Save on food. Less than 1-minute to the bus stop. Easy access to the Jubilee LRT station and southgate mall. 52 no bus stop right in front of house, and it goes directly to southgate and downtown. Less than 10 min walk to Whyte avenue and easy access to bus stops 4,7,94.

Rent is $377 per month and with all utilities approximately ($450/month). The lease is monthly. Deposit is 377$.

The bedroom is not furnished but it is spacious and has great natural lighting. No pets or smoking. In-suite shared laundry is available for $2 for Washer and Dryer.
