Hi! Im looking for a roommate (male or female) to fill a furnished room to share my 4 ½ apartment with me only. It is available now or for the 1st of August but not later. This person needs to be quiet, clean, over 25 and with a stable income. Non-smoker and no animal. Short or long term but with little personal belongings, everything is already furnished. The apartment is located at the corner of Rachel/St-Hubert, in the heart of the Plateau, at the 1st floor. 5min walk from metro Mont-Royal and 2min walk from parc Lafontaine. It is a typical old Plateau flat with cracking wooden floor and very high ceilings. The room is 85 square feet. There is storage in a locker in the basement. It is possible to add a desk and chair in the room if needed. The bed is double/full. Washing machine and dryer in the basement too. $680/month including high speed internet and Bell Fibe TV and electricity.
