Finch Avenue East

I am seeking I or 2 female roommates to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on Finch Ave East. If you are a single female with a small child, you are welcome to live with us. The bedroom comes with a private, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom is 12ft x 10ft. No sharing of bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished and can fit 1 bed or 2 single beds. Monthly rent is $1100 for 1 person. If sharing, it is $575 a month each for 2 females. All utilities included except parking. Rental amount may be slightly negotiable depending on your schedule and flexibility. This apartment / condo like property comes with many lovely amenities: -Insuite washer and dryer. There is also a large laundry room for larger loads of laundry. -Indoor swimming pool & Jacuzzi -Sauna -Outdoor area / green space with barbeque equipment -Gym -Convenience Store -Security

The building is very clean and well maintained. There is a TTC stop just to the left of the entrance as well as to the right from which you can get the TTC 39 bus to take you to Seneca. You can also walk 5 minutes to the Finch station and take the express (939) to get to college faster, just 3 stops. The 60 TTC Bus will take you to York University from Finch Station. Finch subway provides you with easy access downtown Bay St / King / Union Station in 30 mins. The GO and York bus station is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.

Pets: Can accommodate a very small dog only. Parking is available on the property in the underground garage but monthly cost is not included in the rental price. Lease is a month to month with a break after 3 months to determine whether we wish to continue. This is a very nice area, commuters dream with good schools, lots of restaurants and parks as well.

I live with my 7 year old son. He is a friendly, polite and well trained. Experience with younger brothers, nephews or kids of your own would definitely be an asset. We are considerate and usually very quiet. Easy to get along with. If you wish to rest, studying etc please let us know and we will lower our voices etc. He is still a child so you must be willing to be patient and understanding. I like to exercise and go for walks. I also spend a fair amount of time studying but happy to have a meal, watch movie and interact as well. I keep a clean home and appreciate someone with a high level of hygiene. No outdoor shoes in the house; tidy up the kitchen when you finish cooking etc; if you have a cold please social distance and wear masks around us.
