Tracey's room

I have a large room in the large suite I rent in a house on a dead-end street close to RJH. The room can be semi furnished(single bed, dresser, side table), or unfurnished. Room is carpeted, has two closets, two windows with blinds. The suite I am in is a large 3bd., shared bath, kitchen and living. Bathroom has tub and shower, kitchen has w/d. Large bright living room. There is a sunroom off the kitchen and a small backyard space. Also, there are two small suites upstairs that are occupied.

My name is Tracey, I’m a single female, over 40, work full-time in senior’s healthcare. I enjoy gardening, cooking, music, anything outdoors, entertaining family and friends. I’m quiet(except those times I crank the tunes when I’m baking,lol), respectful, value my privacy, and the privacy of my roomie. Looking for a long term renter, that can reliably pay rent, other than that, I’m open to any age group, ethnicity,etc.
