The apartment is right next to Sherbrooke metro, Parc La Fontaine (2 min walk), a 10 minute walk from downtown, and close to 2 grocery stores. Choice of room can be flexible.

Note: utilities and hydro to be split.

Hi – I’m Pat. I’m 30 years old, originally from Vermont, but I’ve been living in Montreal for seven years following my law degree. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, accommodating, and extroverted. In my free time, I love to be outside, adore fitness related activities, love to dance, and love trying new bars.

I am a consultant by trade and am currently starting a company based in Montreal. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. If you’re not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, we’re probably not a good fit.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.
